Thursday, July 21st:

5:00 PM       Parade Lineup (Trucks - Bottom of Tom's Run Road, All Others - Barbour Road)

6:00 PM       Parade Begins at Bottom of Tom’s Run Road

7:00 PM       Opening Ceremony at Pavilion

7:30 PM       Fire Department Water Battle at Basketball Court     

 

Friday, July 22nd:

4:30 PM       Chicken Dinner at Social Hall  

5:30 PM       King and Queen Contest (Ages 3-9) at Pavilion    

7:30 PM       Horseshoe Competition at Horseshoe Pits (two-person teams)

 

Saturday, July 23rd:

        7:00 AM       Yard Sale ($10/per table) at Pavilion

        4:00 PM       Sheriff's Department - Fingerprinting and Car Seat Demonstrations

4:30 PM       Ham Dinner at Social Hall

4:30 PM       Chili Cook-Off at Social Hall *Bring a Pot of Chili to Enter*   

7:30 PM       Horseshoe Competition at Horseshoe Pits (two-person teams)

9:00 PM       The Hillbilly Gypsies (Bluegrass) at Pavilion

 

Nightly Attractions:

Kitchen (6pm-Close), Ice Cream provided by Cold Stone Creamery, Children’s Rides $5 for Full-Night Pass (Full playground, 2 bounce houses/ball pits, water slide, water park, merry-go-round, ferris wheel, tether ball, oversized basketball court), Bingo, Dime Pitch, Guitar Hero Tournament, Strong Man Competitions, Merchants Raffle, 50/50, Silent Auction, Live Entertainment, Displays (Art, Crafts, Quilts, 73 Seminoles 4-H Club, Halleck CEO’s), Blacksmithing Demonstrations, Knife-Sharpening Demonstrations, Electric Car, Firefighting/Rescue Equipment, Fire Prevention Education, Alcohol & Drug Prevention Education, Vendors

 

Directions to THVFD: I-79 to Exit 146 & Follow Signs OR Take 119 (Grafton Road) to Halleck Road and Proceed 3.6 Miles OR Take Rt. 73 (Smithtown Road) to Halleck Road and Proceed 3.7 Miles.
